Nightlife and Entertainment Supervisor

Job Description

A Nightlife and Entertainment Supervisor serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
What will I be doing
As the Nightlife and Entertainment Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
. Provide the high level entertainment/Animation experience with in the resort to enhance the best guest experience
. Responsible to recruit Animator, Entertainers with guidance of FB manager
. Responsible to coordinate with other department for artist visa, artist license, artist contract, contract expiry/renew
. Coordinate the entrainment activates with in the hotel – Manage safety, quality, and delivery and assure all hotel goals are met
. Develop entertainment programmers as per the business demand and nature of the guests with Hotel standards
. Create SMART entertainment schedule and make sure all updated /in place and venue must be ready in advance
. Find solutions to Solve problems which arise in planning, prioritizing, organizing, directing/facilitating action and evaluating performance of the entertainers. Use systematic processes of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information to evaluate current practice
. Provide Hotel related information to guests – relevant information about historical and cultural locations and events while conveying this information in an entertaining and informative manner.
. Mange the evening Bar operations and make sure the team members are followed the SOP's and utilize the opportunity to upsell the special beverages in the evening (especially in the club )
. Manage employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate and direct the workers to meet the company objectives. Monitor and measure how an employee undertakes their responsibilities and how well these activities are executed. Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to achieve this. Lead a group of people to help them achieve goals and maintain an effective working relationship among staff
. Plan programs, agendas, within the budgets ready to adapt if there is changes.
. Upsell the entertainment programs with in the hotel with support of FB manager and C&E team
. Evaluate entertainment program – Assess and improve the entertainment program on offer by obtaining guest feedback and making use of available resource (Instagram , Facebook, twitter, TA ,Medallia etc )
. Handle customer complaints and negative feedback (Address to concerns and where applicable provide a quick service recovery)

. 5 years related experience including 3 years of experience in spa, fitness & recreational operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
. Relevant knowledge of Hospitality industry
. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs.Ability to use computer business applications
. Strong knowledge of spa operations, fitness services, hotel
. Able to train, lead, provide guidance and develop team members and manage a large team
. Able to interact well with guests, employees and third parties.
. Possess strong problem solving and organizational skills.
. Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
. Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Ability to work outdoors for majority of time
