As the Junior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering the CRM Software, managing customer database to ensure the proper functioning of the CRM and maintain the integrity of the data therein by working closely with the Senior Manager Strategy and Analytics.
You will be responsible for providing campaign selections for Email, Direct Mail, SMS and Cold Calling Campaigns, as well as using data to provide campaign, customer and product analysis and reporting. The role requires you to have a keen interest in data, as well as the real estate industry and will offer the right candidate a real opportunity for growth and development.
Role and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the CRM activity, including:
Configuring the CRM as per requirements of relevant stakeholders.
Creation of customized customer segmentation lists, to be used for email/direct mail campaigns as well as reports and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of analysis and business reports; this will include both marketing and sales data.
Responsible for database health and maintenance (inc. customer data cleansing)
Supporting team to ensure the business has a clear understanding of customer behavior.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Team to ensure aspects of the sales process along with the customer communication is set up and tracked appropriately in the CRM Software.
Working with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute email marketing campaigns.
Working with the Sales Managers to rotate prospects among Property Consultants as required.
Assist in the organization, planning and production of ad-hoc communications to customers
General administrative tasks and team support
Required Skills and Experience
A team player with good planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload
Must be quantitatively oriented with a basic knowledge of basic statistics and analytics. Preferably a degree in Business, Statistics or Computer Science Engineering.
Must be very proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Tables etc.), Word, and Power Point
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (or Tableau) a plus. If not, the candidate must be willing to learn it quickly.
Prior knowledge of Sales and Marketing process especially in Real Estate a plus.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can plan and execute own work and keep management abreast of progress appropriately
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
