E Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager – Franchise

Job Description

Job Requirements
Scope of Work:
-Conduct weekly/monthly quality assurance optimizations of all earned and owned digital channels including brand websites, OTAs, third party websites, review platforms like TripAdvisor, MICE platforms linke Cvent, ICE portal, PiM, IPTV
Create a mapping of all the channels (META, OTAs, Websites, weddings listings, Welcome to UAE) where we can also keep track of performance against the time/resources/budget allocated to them.
– Commercial Director's LinkedIn page backlinks integration and SEO working closely with PR & Partnerships Manager, Social Media & Influence Executive
– Social Media advertising, YouTube channel engagement and content development with PR & SoMe teams
Digital:
-Run, manage, optimize and report digital campaigns across Google Display Network, SEO, social media, programmatic and Hilton regional co-op campaigns like better together, META search and SEM
-Email marketing: Send out key email campaigns to databases supporting AHC business units including rooms, F&B and recreation. Including Hilton Honors and co-op campaigns with sister properties and business partners (e.g.: DoTWN)
-Ensure the content in all online owned and earned channels remain accurate and brand compliant.Including internal tools (IcePortal, QiM)
-Media buying with key media partners to spread awareness of AHC offerings
E-commerce
-Ensure the content in all OTAs and online distribution channels remain accurate and brand compliant
-Run and manage ROI driven travel ad campaigns for the three hotels
-Facilitate sales conversions through digital development, creative solutions, multi-lingual adaptation (pages, pdf hyperlinks) according to key source markets
Social Media Marketing
-Plan and strategies effective social media marketing plans
-Run and manage social media campaigns/ads to drive awareness of AHC accommodations, F&B, MICE and recreational facilities
-Identify and leverage on bloggers/influencers collaboration opportunities
Leadership
-Guide and train social media executive and F&B executive with daily marketing activations and campaigns
-Mentor and train marketing coordinator with career growth plans
Other
-Reporting: monthly reports to help facilitate senior leadership intelligence and decision making
-Agency management: RazrCorp and other agencies appointed by AHC
-Social media content creation and curation
-Coverage of media events/key events at AHC on digital and SoMe channels
-Establish and constantly maintain exceptional professional rapport with internal staff, company stakeholders, media and agencies.
-Contribute in training initiatives/team lead
-Constantly look for marketing collaborations to drive AHC exposure
-Manage, coordinate and spearhead photo and video shoots in line with marketing plans
-Special Projects (e.g.: LXR new brand site development, At The City new web page implementation and optimization, Secret Parties, DayAway, GDS ads)
-Support the full online distribution of AHC content across all 360 channels and formats whether as evergreen or seasonal campaigns
Work Experience
Preferably have worked with Hilton brands
Familiarity and expertise working with Hilton Lobby, MarKit, ECG
Well versed with other relevant intranet tools, resources and processes
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the same role
