Your Responsibilities

Develops best practices for all aspects of data security, including physical, network, database and application
Oversee the service delivery process to ensure customer delight
Reviews and approves all technical designs and implementation plans to ensure compliance
Develops strategies and provides support for initiatives to continuously improve enterprise data security and assists in the development and regular testing of the enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Mitigate security related risks and work with appropriate managers to implement corrective actions Initiates, participates in and or lead audits to identify areas of vulnerability, and oversee the deployment, use, and maintenance of threat and vulnerability tools, including intrusion detection prevention, firewall, virus protection, encryption, user authentication, and audit logs
Ensures that the architectural framework meets the County's information security needs
Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Your Qualifications

Over 15 years of total experience related to
Information Security , Service delivery, P&L, Network security audit, Assessment , Investigation, response and leadership
Personal relationships with ET 500 companies Boards / CXO's and Led Multi million dollar Digital Transformation engagements/deals.
Thorough knowledge of multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, databases, application development platforms and software communications and network protocols, and common data security tools such as intrusion prevention and virus protection systems.
Demonstrated experience in business growth, profit center management and people management
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
Excellent organizational, leadership skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
