They are currently looking for a Senior Communications Executive to be based in Sharma, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the communications head in the launch and nurturing a new brand through positioning and reputation building
- Research, develop and deliver internal communications that meet the ongoing requirements of the sector, in line with corporate branding and communications guidelines
- Deliver a wide range of communication items including but not limited to emails, intranet posts, videos and presentations
- Write, edit, and deploy internal communications content, including articles, talking points, emails, and video content
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners throughout the organization to ensure communication to employees reflects best practices and aligns with the overall internal communications strategy.
- Draft talking points, remarks, executive speeches, regular sector head employee communication and develop presentations for meetings.
- Support initiatives to maintain, improve and measure colleague engagement
- Develop and execute engaging AV productions, working alongside the inhouse production team
- Deliver high impact client experiences through events and conferences including, but not limited to Conferences, Trade Shows, Academic Events, Round Tables, Intimate client events
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Continually seek new and innovative channels and communications practices to support the comms plan
- Proficient in proof-reading and ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in initiating, nurturing and growing influencer relationships Ability to manage and deliver against multiple priorities and to tight deadlines.
Qualification & Requirements:
- The candidate shall be a native English Speaker and have an excellent command and grasp of the English Language
- Experience of the GCC is essential, as is experience of working in a fast paced and highly diverse / multi-cultural environment
- A minimum of 5 years consecutive experience in a similar role, within an international / multinational role executing tasks within a high pressure and highly innovative environment
- Holds a degree in the field of communications, digital marketing / social media marketing / business administration with a focus on marketing / communication sciences or PR / a qualified member of the CIM or has an equivalent of 7 years uninterrupted experience, without a qualification
