Duties (non exchaustive):
– Owns overall customer / distributor / agent relationship in specific country or countries
– Manages existing & potential customer base, identify and develop new sales opportunities, develop and foster customer commercial relationships, and manage customer contracts and agreements
– Ensures sales are aligned with marketing strategies, is responsible to identify market trends, applications & product opportunities
– Proposes tactical customer / distributor prices, seeks endorsement below certain price level, ensures revenue maximization
– Manages sales pipeline identification, progression and execution as part of ADT (is a member of the ADT) and individually. Ensure proper C360 documentation
– Ensures development and execution against customer account plans; owns sales targets
– Identifies commercial risks including deal evaluation, contract negotiation and execution
– Executes sales initiatives and priorities consistent with plans
– Collects market and competitive intelligence
SCOPE
– Development of specific work unit goals and plans including to meet business plan deliverables
– Development and execution of account plans and sales contracts consistent with processes and standards #
– Management of Credit & Pricing consistent with defined offer standards
– Monitors local warehouse operations and ensures timely feedback to SC as needed

المهارات
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES
– Strong commercial skills with the ability to develop a customer-supplier relationship
– Knowledge of EM sales processes, terms & conditions, credit, rebates/license fees, price indexing and sales pipeline.
– Solid comprehension of product applications. Can articulate product segment strategies and provide basic technical support to customers
– Captures intelligence on competitors, both traditional and non-traditional
– Networking and communication skills to all functions and levels within EM to enable account plan execution.
– Excellent coordination / social / communication skills
– Experience in the petrochemicals/downstream industry along with an engineering degree are a plus
