Department Description:
Retail SME was set up as a subsegment of PSB to manage all nonindividual relationships below USD 350 K Presently Part of BUB
Brief Description:
The candidate will be responsible for implementation of various initiatives which will enhance the segments reach as well the customer experience
Detailed Description:
Incumbent will also be responsible for implementing value proposition strategies including channel optimization customer journey training etc
Job Requirements:
Value Proposition Strategic
Track campaignscontest to promote the cross sales ratio for various revenue lines including the following
NII Assets
NII Liabilities
Trade FX
Wealth
CASA Fee
Monitor and analyse acquisition portfolio performances and other details regularly
Work with line manager to implement proceses for better trade penetration in the identified ENBD branches
Portfolio Management Qualitative
Manage customer retention strategies for attrition control
Manager the segments Tail Management program to remove value destroying customers from the portfolio to optimize profitability
Manage customer migration between various segments to ensure onboarding of the clients in the right segment
Work with line manager segment head for segment budgeting financial controls planning
Take proactive role in developing incentive structures for the Sales Manager TL RBEs
Preparation execution of reward recognition program for the team
Perform portfolio analysis to identify cross sell opportunities
Portfolio Analytics Projects Qualitative
Develop and maintain library of dashboards that track products and portfolio indicators in conjunction with CLM
Own the financial reporting CIF level reporting for the sub segment ensure preparation of necessary performance decksthrough processing staff at subsegment centre level for senior management review
Perform financial products and other analysis as required by the segment in order to support decision making process
Work with line manager to conclude tieups with govet semi govt agencieseg Dubai SME free zones with focus on enhancing segment presence increasing revenues
Work on allocated IT projects CRs for requirement gathering project monitoring UAT implementation
Trainings Support Quantitative Develop training modules as required
Identify training requirements of the segment including Business Head Sales Manager
Additional Details:
Post Graduate Essential
Banking experience Min. 7 years
UAE GCC Sub continent experience atleast 2 year in UAE
Experience in project management portfolio management
Highly desirable
Well verse with MS office skills
Ability to handle large quantity of data using MS excel analytical tools Essential
Must be innovative
Good team player
Selfmotivated enthusiastic good learner
Customer service oriented Essential
Age 30 AboveQualifications
AS Mentioned in the JD
