Key Accountabilities

Maintain IT Stores and carry out daily delivery of IT Asset’s as per business requests.

• Maintain inventory of IT Assets, tracking and utilization.

• Check the assigned tickets and prepare delivery of IT Assets to various departments and branches and dispatch them through IT Drivers.

• Deploy Laptops and desktops using SCCM and WDS imaging systems.

• Basic troubleshooting of Desktops & Laptops.

• Initiating requests with procurement team to get the stock of required IT equipment’s.

• Coordination with various vendors to place order and delivery timelines.

• Petty cash purchases.

• Quick action in escalating issues without affecting bank’s business and branch operations.

• Coordination on E-Waste Management Exercise including removal of hard disks from equipment’s and shredding, prepare list of items for disposal and availability on site during the collection process for disposal.

• Monthly preparation of stock report to Finance for tallying the suspense accounts.

Measures of success:

• Ensure delivery is carried out on time as per the assigned tickets.

• Knowledge of NAV System

• Quick action in reporting issues.

Ensure business requests are met in a timely manner as per the tickets assigned.

Key Interactions

Required Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Logistics & Warehouse management.

Hardware Certification

Required Experience:

• 5 to 7 years (or above) of relevant experience.

• Knowledge in different operating systems

• Knowledge in PC trouble shooting

• Knowledge in Asset Management

• Good communication

• Knowledge in space Management

• Banking experience in IT is advantageous
