Summary

A market leading records management company that applies its experience in records management solutions for the benefit of its clients. Along with offsite facilities, the company has the expertise, technology, and systems to provide a wide range of products and services relating to client records.

Role Objective

HR Business Partner work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HRBP role
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
  • Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements
  • Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization
  • Drive the people processes (performance, talent reviews development, engagement) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to business leaders and employees where appropriate
  • Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
  • Analyses key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / leaders.
  • Automate and improve HR processes in the organization
  • Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in.

المهارات

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related degree.
  • Professional Certification in the field of HR (CIPD/ SPHR/SHRM).
  • 6+ years of experience in HR with minimum 2-3 years in HRBP role
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Must be well versed in Arabic language.
  • Experience in international FMCG or Retail or other related International Firms

  • Motivation to learn more and develop skills quickly.
