Key Responsibilities, Activities, and Decisions
- To create, implement, and standardize HR policies and procedures. Improvisation of the existing as and when needed
- To work closely with the Management and enable exponential business growth by building the quality and quantity of the organizations talent pool/Recruitments, facilitating effective ways of working, and building a high-performing culture.
- Understanding of HSE and QA&QC standards and policies within office environment, assist the concerned departments on the same in conjunction with HSE and QA/QC managers.
- To manage pay-roll administration, overtime calculations, attendance monitoring, absenteeism and end of service calculation.
- To initiate on boarding of new employee and their successful orientation
- To create all necessary packs for onboarding including Handbook, team introduction, and onboarding training
- To manage records pertaining to recruitment that comply with the corporate audit's statutory ISO/labor regulations
- To Create and amend JD's for existing and new employee's
- Must be responsible for implementing company HR policies consolations with Finance & Administration GM with its review, also review other policies from time to time and bring the necessary changes.
- To assist the management in manpower budgeting process
- To work with business heads to plan manpower requirements in accordance with annual business plans and productivity norms.
- To ensure availability of Manpower Plan through internal or external talent acquisition.
- To lead and design the HR learning and development perspectives.
- To execute, maintain and improve MBO system.
- To investigate the employee performance and to recommend the career succession planning discussing with the management.
- To oversee employee relations/retention issues within the business units.
- To resolve escalated employee grievances and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements with the management.
- To fairly execute Employee relations/retention and grievances proceeding employee exit formalities
Key Interfaces
- Frontline interface with all MITME staff, IT vendor, external advisor/auditor, and functional groups within the Group.
Key requisites
- Minimum 5 years extensive experience in the field of HR in a private company. Experience in a multi-national company is preferable.
- Knowledge in ISO9001/45001 is a must. Hands-on experience in ISOs is an asset.
