Job Description:
Measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meat
Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
Knowledgeable in different cutting techniques of meat, fish and poultry

Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
38 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience in butchery section
Knowledgeable in cooking methods, knife handling and cooking processes
Must have a basic knowledge of Food Hygiene
At least a high school diploma is required
