Your tasks will be to:

  1. Managing and maintaining the bank's social media presence in line with the overall marketing strategy, attracting and interacting with targeted virtual communities and network users.
  2. Analyzing the reports to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Supporting customer and market research by performing customer and market research and analysis techniques.
  4. Providing technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  5. Developing the best possible commercial proposition that fulfills the client's and the marketplace's needs.
  6. Handling and supervising the development of the branding guidelines with the ability to implement them on various marketing materials.
  7. Developing and executing marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  8. Responsible for the effective day-to-day management of agencies and suppliers, including briefing, implementation, and monitoring of campaign effectiveness to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  9. Responsible for creating and updating the official website.
  10. Contribute to understanding customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
  11. Recognize the role of brand guidelines in protecting the brand, carrying out brand management tasks, and providing support to others.

Experience, skills, and personal characteristics that we are looking for:

  • BA in Marketing or relevant major.
  • 2- 4 Years of related Experience preferably.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Well organized with time management skills.
  • Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Project management skills.
