Duties and responsibilities
Researching and identifying solutions for software as well as hardware issues.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions for resolving systems issues.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved problems to the relevant KAYES internal
teams.
Following up with clients for ensuring their IT systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.
Communicate with external parties to provide support in operational matters.
Benchmarking new developments and best-practice in the ERP market.
Determine the spare parts required for equipment maintenance.
Expecting annual spare parts consumption and list preparations.
Participating in pre-sales activities including, but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building
BoQ’s, supporting security designs, writing proposals, delivering product-specific presentations and training…
etc.
Respond to customer requests for proposals, and develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective
solutions.
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement –
both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.

Good working experience in the use of ERP applications.
Good working knowledge of data analysis.
Experience in identifying a customer's problems and needs.
Enough Knowledgeable to determine the technical problems.
Experience in Convincing & presentable to clients.
Expertise in finding solutions.
Experience working under load conditions.
Verbal Presentation Skills/negotiations.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Education and work experience needed
College degree (Computer engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant)
Prior experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support, or a similar role
Experience with Linux/Mac OS/Windows environments
Ability to deliver simple and step-by-step technical assistance, both verbal and written
Five years of experience in the same field.
CISCO, NSE, and Oracle Certifications will be an advantage & preferred.

Familiar with the use of the computer (word, excel, net search) & ERP systems.
