Job Purpose:
Support ENBD KSA line managers and group operations in the day to day running of security function with the sole purpose of to ensure top class of service and security of ENBD KSA property and the wellbeing of staff and customer. The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Deliver assigned Safety and Security services within set guidelines to fulfill ENBD KSA expectations aligned to the group security practices.
- Perform assigned activities in a compliant manner and to ensure effective control.
- In charge of the day-to-day security operations that safeguard ENBD KSA Offices and Branch & property, assets, employees, tenants, and visitors/customers by ascertaining making sure that the physical security work force are in alert and in effect against criminal activity and prepared to mitigate effects of accidents, fires, and natural disasters that can potentially result to financial losses.
- Conduct regular inspections / visits to bank property and premises to ensure maximum level alertness and preparedness of security personnel as per ENBD protocol and standards.
- Be available 24*7 for handling Emergencies and resolving the issues with due diligence.
- Oversee the investigations when security problems arise.
- Audit security as well as review their performance, appearance, and competence of the security guards, security procedures and standard operating procedures for security to ensure their effectiveness by inspecting working condition of security on site and ensuring availability of communication systems enabling flow of information 24/7.
- to interview the existing / new guards to ensure the service quality of the service and carry out a routine on the job training for guards to continuously enhancing their service performance.
Person Specification:
