الوصف الوظيفي
- Greet and assist customers
- Provide accurate information / Answer customers’ questions about the products
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
- Register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases
- Collect payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
- Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
- Purchase necessary items when needed
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate with the respective teams to avoid
- Provide customer feedbacks to the team
المهارات
- Able to commute to workplace
- At least 2 years experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts
