• Greet and assist customers
• Provide accurate information / Answer customers’ questions about the products
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases
• Collect payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
• Purchase necessary items when needed
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate with the respective teams to avoid
• Provide customer feedbacks to the team

المهارات

• Able to commute to workplace
• At least 2 years experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work various shifts
