Outdoors Sales

Job Description

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative who will work as an ambassador and be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting kitchen dealers as per the weekly schedule.
  • Creating the company and individual staff profiles of the kitchen dealers and attaching the business cards.
  • Providing the dealers with the MVP company policies, catalog, price, list, etc.
  • Advising and explaining to the customers on products
  • Collecting LPOs while visiting dealers.
  • Providing the credit application form to the dealers whom the sales consultant is sure about their financial status.
  • Convincing and assisting the Kitchen dealers to have our product displayed.
  • Providing the best customer service possible.
  • Tracking returns and exchanges of products the deliveries and the LPOs
  • Coordinate with the sales coordinator for orders
  • Building customer loyalty
  • Following up on payments and collecting payments if the cheque is available.
  • Tracking the products that are fast-moving in the market (market demand)
  • Find projects in the market and business expansion
  • Telephone customers for tracking and follow-up
  • Bring Dealers to the showroom to explain the products
  • Have a good relationship with the dealers and the key people of the dealers
  • Provide the key contacts of the dealers with the compliments of the company
  • Explain the policies of the company
  • Schedule visits with the Sales Director and the dealers
  • Track the updates of competitors.
  • Make project quotations for the dealers and discuss them with the sales director for the prices.

Requirements

Requirements and skills

  • 3+ years in outdoor sales (same or similar industry).
  • Holder of valid UAE Driving License.
  • Ability in managing any scheduling, negotiation, policy communication, follow up &; coordination with stores.
  • Flexible to work 6 days per week.
