Company Description
Our company is engaged in the import, export and distribution of disposable e-cigarettes and other nicotine-containing products under our own brand FUMMO.
Requirements:
* Practical experience in optimizing the organizational structure of management and implementing a regular management system
* Ability to analyze information on the go and quickly look for a solution
* Ability to delegate tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
* Financial literacy (easy orientation in numbers, budgets, payroll, P&L, etc.)
* Excellent management skills, integrity in matters of quality, negotiation and decision-making skills, result-oriented, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, high level of self-organization& responsibility
*Substantial international experience in a commercial leadership role in a B2B FMCG/Food/Tobacco company (would be an asset)
1. Tasks:
1. Report directly to GM to ensure profits are maximized in line with EBITDA targets.
2. Formulate a sales strategy for the year, ensure the implementation of the plan, price positioning, conduct trade marketing activities by leading the commercial operations to deliver its strategic short-term and long-term goals, initiatives, and budget
3. Study export market and potential customer and identify the best approach for prospecting. Develop contracts with customers to ensure securing long-term sales with profitable orders
4. Systematize the work of the company's sales department, warehouse, logistics, financial department. Set KPIs and monitor compliance
5. Direct participation in the formation of the team
6. Resolving disputes within the company and in the sales process
7. Operational management of the company
8. Collaboration with the marketing department to deliver overall strategic goals and maximise the brand reputation to international level
