JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and Negotiate Contracts.
- Prepare Legal Opinions on Contracts and Relevant Legal Issues.
- Interact with Counsel of customers and Contractors in solving Legal Issues.
- Advise the Management on the corporate activities involving Legal Issues.
- Representing the company in the court for any other legal issues

Qualification:
- Law Degree (LLB ideally LLM)
- Age Limit : 50 Years
- Language: English & Arabic
Professional Affiliation/Certification:
- Member of reputed BAR Association
Years of Experience:
- 10 Years of related experience
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Industry specific legal advisory in relation to energy sector and public share holding companies.
