JUNIOR HR MANAGER
Position Title: Junior HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus free transportation
Job Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A multi -awarded Energy Solution provider group, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai , with proven capabilities in meeting energy needs for power plants, erection and installation of towers, and major power projects within GCC.
Job Description:
- Prepare the Payroll and all the employees related benefits and expenses.
- Lead the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
- Maintain and keep record of all employee’s documents, Historical data, Medical – visa. expiries
- Oversee and approve all the Recruitment and Employee’s expenses and benefits

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of Human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as HR Manager
- Previous working experience in Dubai Free Zone is preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
