Join us and shape the future of banking.The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:
• Responsible to manage retail delinquent portfolio by collecting the overdue payments to support recovery of bank dues and outstanding extended on receivables
.• To optimize collection of delinquent high risk loans and all delinquent Retail loans to minimize provision and maximize recovery.
• Calling delinquent customers which are assigned to them in order to collect the overdue amount.
• Responsible for preserving customer’s personal information & not sharing credit information other than the customer.
• Promptly place liens on customer’s account where system could not place automatically.
• Debit delinquent customers account to recover the overdue amounts promptly if funds are available.
• Promptly reporting of any Deceased, Total Loss, Skip or any irregular status cases to his supervisor
.• Using only authorized channels to communicate with delinquent customers.
• Updating trial history of each & every call and the new contact numbers in the system.
• Following service quality standards while communicating with delinquent customers.
• Complying with banks & SAMA regulations.
• Developing themselves according to requirement in terms of skills.
Person Specification:

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any related field.

0-2 years of relevant experience.
