الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities
- Performs personnel administration activities and assists in providing a wide range of HR support and guidance
- Create, implement, and evaluate all HR policies, procedures, and structures
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire guides
- Assist with the new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Facilitate the employee's annual performance reviews
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in the HR system, GOSI, and Government portals
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
المهارات
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Law
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the hiring process
Expertise in HR policies and procedures and understanding HR best practices
