- Collect Credit Card and Cash Payment from customers.
- Issue receipts
- Deals with returns and refunds.
- Assist customers to financial related questions.
- Preparation of monthly credit card reconciation.
- Acts as a focal point between departments.
- Document clear and concise summaries.
- Interact with customers and departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
