ARABIC AND ENGLISH BILINGUAL- MOTIVATED AND ENERGETIC SALES SPECIALISTIS WANTED:

THE ROLE:

Deliver informative sales pitches to clients, with passion and care for the product and service.
Helping clients navigate the recruitment and management of Domestic staff.
Manage day-to-day interface and relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient lead qualification to conversion process is maintained.
Deploy winning strategies in the marketplace and keep a competitive edge.
Ensure the monthly sales goals are met and boost your salary with commission structure.
Ensure that a high level of quality and attention to detail is applied throughout and that the correct information is acquired from the client for contract use, service updates, and renewals.
Demonstrate great product and service knowledge, always taking pride in the organization you work for and our products and services.
Work within well-defined KPIs and targets. Maintaining profitable relationships with both current and new consumers.
Perform sales cycle including adding new clients, relationship management, contracts negotiations, payment collection, Understanding the services needs of clients, and help them to select the right package or services.

THE CANDIDATE:

1. Must be on visit or cancelled visa- this is an IMMEDIATE opening.

2. Must have Attested Education Certificates by UAE MOFA.

3. Bachelors degree educated and have minimum 3 years SALES experience.

4. Must be intrinsically motivated, competitive and excited by SALES! This is not a customer service job.

5. Be BILINGUAL- writing and speaking essential- in Arabic and English.

6. Outstanding verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette.

7. Must be confident typist, with touch typing abilities.
