Mercer's Digital Solutions practice is seeking candidates for the following position that can be based anywhere in the United States:
Workday CertifiedAdvanced CompensationConsultant
This position can be in our Dallas or Houston, TX office or remote/virtual for highly qualified candidates. Must be Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation for this role regardless of location.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead Workday Advanced Compensation implementations with Medium and Large Enterprise clients
  • Lead in design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
  • Responsible for actively leading all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
  • Depending on specialty, translate business requirements into Advanced Compensation configuration
  • Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
  • Mentor / coach new and less experienced consultants
  • Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner share your knowledge

We would like you to have:

  • Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation
  • Workday Certified in Talent, Recruitingand/or Learning is a plus
  • Hands-on experience on multiple Workday Advanced Compensation implementations.
  • 3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday partner
  • Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $100,800 – $151,200
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,400 to $172,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
