Job Description

  • Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and
    that have not been employed during the last six months.
    Responsibilities
    The program will develop the general skills of the hired with on the job knowledge and experience. You will work on:
    1. On- site support:
    – Onboarding/Offboarding: handling the current onboarding procedures aligning & engaging with the stakeholders on improvement on the processes.Continue the partnership with businesses to ensure efficiency and smoothness of operations.
    – Employees letters/Medical Insurance: Collaboration with the system process owner as well as being the focal point in handling employees physical letter process ensuring timelessness and accuracy as well as educating them on the proper channels for their related inquiries in the system.
    2. Saudi Projects:
    – Labor Law Project: Cleansing, organizing & updating all files in HR department, align it with a filing system for tracking. Along with ensuring E-files updates in WD system for all EEs of all active business ins Saudi & Bahrain.
    – Verification of health/life insurance on a monthly basis to align with internal active EE list
    – Verification of GOSI files to ensure alignment of legal entity, payroll data, etc..
    – Support on data requirements related to the on going projects on the SA government portals.
    3. Responsible about day-to-day planning activities and business priorities.
    4. Focal point on employees & Business HR on the general employee life cycle inquiries.
    Qualifications/Requirements
  • – During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/ her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.
    – Student in Human Resources degree or similar Business administration, MIS…etc.
    -Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
    -High achiever
    -Should have good command on Excel and PowerPoint, preferable Access.
    -A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
    -Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
    – GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.
    – Should not be currently employed.
    – Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.
