Senior Growth Enablement Learning Designer
What can you expect
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be required to create innovative and exciting online learning content to support the development and upskilling of our commercial teams to grow the business and take our products and propositions to market. Essentially, you will be reporting to the UK Growth Enablement Leaders, communicating on the best ways to develop e-learning content and learning tools. This role is located within our Growth Enablement team and will collaborate with many other roles including, product managers, sales teams and consultants, marketing.

We will rely on you to:
- Lead on the creative Learning Experience Design approach for complex projects
- Support the Enablement team, by proposing creative solutions based on robust learning science
- Investigate and implement new ways of driving learning impact
- Work to scope, sequence, and design and write best-in-class curriculum for our client facing teams.
- Identify knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with teams across MMB
- Take ownership of e-learning curriculum
- Work collaboratively with internal project teams
- Be decisive yet collaborative in driving change
- Support the development of others through knowledge sharing and coaching
What you need to have:
- Learning design qualification or demonstrable design experience
- Demonstrable experience of Articulate360 (Storyline, Rise) or Adobe Captivate to create eLearning
- Competent in the use of Adobe Creative suite specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Premier Pro
- Competent in creative writing, scripting & storyboarding
- A creative and curious mind constantly looking for design inspiration
- Experience creating bespoke content, media and digital assets
- Project management and learning design methodologies
- Experience of using and uploading content into an LXP
- A modular approach to design
- You are data-driven: evaluating what works and continuously improving
- Ability to think creatively and communicate ideas in an inspiring way
- Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change
- Organised, delivering consistently and collaboratively under pressure

- Use of Adobe After Effects and creating motion graphics/animation
- Use of Vyond animation software
- Experience of filming and editing
- Working in a fast paced agile environment
- Experience of working with or within an Internet Service Provider
- Experience in sales or working in or sales enablement
