الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications
- Screen,direct phone calls and distribute correspondence when necessary
- Planning events,schedule travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly,monthly or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos,emails,presentation, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain filling system
المهارات
- At least a first experience handling Assistant or coordination tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech – savy and experience with word processing and email software
- Active listening and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organizations skills
