The SRM Manager will be responsible to manage supplier/vendor activities while maintaining new and existing supplier/vendor relationships.
They will also be responsible for –
Identifying and sourcing suitable suppliers.Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices for products and services.Ensuring that suppliers fulfil their contractual obligations.

Description
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with approved suppliers.Pre-qualifying, evaluating and assessing supplier products, services and prices.Monitoring active suppliers to ensure required level of performance and service delivery.Developing and implementing a supplier and vendor sourcing strategy.Effectively communicating with vendors and suppliers to ensure awareness of responsibilities.Assessing and evaluating supplier performance by implementing effective evaluation criteria.Striving for continuous improvement of the organizational SRM and vendor management framework and strategy.
Profile
Minimum 6 years' experience across SRM and vendor management.Background in construction or real estate development is preferred.
