We are a rapidly growing cross border E-commerce Company primarily in beauty or personal care category with a presence in Dubai, Saudi Arabia , India & USA. & For our expansion we urgently require suitable resident candidates for Operations/ Business development positions in KSA & UAE .

Job Description

Equipped with enthusiasm and skill, you will be primarily responsible to:

Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.

Manage the 3PL fulfilment operations and office administrative tasks of the company in KSA

Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry.

Conducting research to identify new Channels and user acquisition.

Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets.

Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.

Enhancing customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment.

Analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.

Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.

Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, you must be an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy and organized.

Reporting on daily / weekly / monthly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, growth, etc.

Key Skills – Business Development, Excellent Communication in English & basic Arabic , Vendor Mgt., E-commerce Operations, Online & Offline Coordination, Market Knowledge, Time management and planning skills, Communication and negotiation skills etc.

Job Requirements-

Experience in business development is a must.

Job Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Preferably with about 3 + year’s experience in the Ecommerce/ FMCG business development / operations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications –

Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of study;

Are keen to work in the eCommerce industry;

Possess good communication and interpersonal relation skills;

Agile and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
