الوصف الوظيفي
- To distribute the daily appointments to the appropriate member of staff in a fair and efficient manner.
- To assign the duties of the Foreman and quality tester on a daily basis to ensure they are efficiently utilized.
- Actively manage sales channels and achieve goals
- Building a strong deal system and attracting new potential clients
- Participation in the process of recruiting sales staff and marketing manager,
- Relationship management with customers and trading partners.
- Attending conferences, seminars and meetings to promote the company among the client base
- Research areas of the industry that affect sales
- Set goals for the team quarterly and annually
- Keep industry knowledge up to date
- Training of staff and partners
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 25 year of professional experience
- Experience in Planning Preparation and implementation of Highway and Bridge Projects.
- Minimum 10-year experience in team lead in similar road and bridge projects.
- Experience in Prestressed concrete (PSC) box gride bridge project preferred.
