Data Governance Consultant
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Profound understanding for DMBOK (Data Management Body Of Knowledge)
- Certified DAMA SME
- Expert in Technology and Business strategy and roadmap implementations
- Strong record of implementation for data governance projects and establishing DGOs (Data Governance Office)
- Strong experience in setting/ defining data policies and procedures
- Strong track for master-data management implementations
- Expert in Meta-data management (Data Classifications, Glossary, and data lineage)
- Excel in communication & presentation skills
- Expert in organization change management
- Strong background in Data Implementation Project Management
- Expert in technologies, skills & tools like:
- Data Governance tool such as Cloudira, Informatica, IBM InforSphere
- DAMA cortication
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management System or Computer Science with preferably Master degree in MIS
- Minimum Experience:
- 7+ years relevant experience in Data & Information Management
- 5+ years experience in Strategy Management
- 6+ years experience in Data & Information Governance role in particular
- Language: English: Advanced / Arabic :Highly preferable
