Description:
The customer service assistant would be responsible for supporting Dubai based Home/Office automaton company based in Business Bay. The position will mainly be responsible for dealing with customers and businesses that enquire about company's products & services online, via phone, WhatsApp business and physically visiting the office location.
Requirements/ Duties:
1. Manage incoming emails and any chat tickets
2. Manage customer orders, customer service phone lines and day to day office operations
3. Liaise with product vendors for stocks & deliveries
4. Manage & effectively track company social media platforms by creating new content of services
5. In-person customer meetings & building sustainable relationships along with customer trust
Skills required:
– Must be proficient with MS office programs ( word, excel & PowerPoint) + CRM systems
– Ability to Multitask, prioritize tasks with attention to detail
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt /respond promptly
– Strong business writing and Good communication skills
– Organised and Logical thinking
