The Contact Centre Team Lead holds first line supervisory responsibility for a team of Contact Centre Agents handling in-bound and out-bound activity, primarily initial contact with customers
المهارات
Knowledge
- Bachelors' degree in social sciences, social services, sociology, human development, family studies or other relevant fields
- Strong MS office knowledge
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Arabic
