• Install equipment in a high-quality, professional manner with strong attention to detail by company standards and compliance standards,

• Perform preventative maintenance by company standards, compliance standards, and customer requirements.

• Make service repair calls promptly and repair the equipment by company standards, directives.

• Advise management when response time objectives cannot be met

• The Service Engineer retains ownership of the problem until it is resolved.

• Keep management and team fully aware of all developments.

• Report regularly to management by reporting guidelines/procedures.

• Complete other assignments and projects as directed.

• Follow the alert procedure for the system to go down.

• Attend technical and general skills development training courses as directed and keep abreast of developments/technical product information.

• Work within the defined responsibilities documented to ensure compliance.

• Accurately complete and lodge all service documentation promptly within company guidelines.

• Ensure all company property (tools, test equipment) is kept in optimum condition and test tools calibrated according to the schedule requirements.

• Ensure that parts usage/ordering is optimized from the company's perspective.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in Biomedical Engineering

Minimum Experience:

1-3 years’ experience in Medical Equipment
