الوصف الوظيفي
- Achieve Sales & Budget Target for JCDC (IBS) Ingredients and Systems
- Build Sales Plans by the Channel with Key Focus on Coffee & QSR chains and distribution Partners
- Identify & Develop a Strong Pipeline of Projects with Leading FS chains In KSA with focus on EPD’s and NPD’s
- Meeting new business targets across Key accounts for Systems and JCDC branded/bespoke products by meeting sales calls & innovation session targets for effective market coverage.
- Increase penetration and grow the HORECA Sales Distribution via a network of SD’s/Resellers/Showrooms
- Work with R&D, application & marketing teams to bring New/Innovative/Trend setting concepts to market
- Work with KA’s & internal teams to build an effective LTO calendar for Systems and Ingredients business
- Build JCDC/ICEE positioning and image in the L&E and FS Channel through tie ups, sponsorships, events & trade shows.
- Capture competition activities, promotions & pricing. Reporting as per sales & Business Development tools
- Ensure orders received, communicated with CS and support delivery of strong customer and technical services
- Analyze beverage trends and develop concepts for institutional customer along with R&D & Barista Teams.
- Develop and train distributor technical and sales team on systems and ingredients
- Ensure internal team of Baristas, marketing, R&D, Commercialization, CS, Sales & distributor sales teams are in line with overall company vision and strategy.
- In market travel of up to 75% to ensure development and closure of sales leads
KPIs:
• New Leads/Opportunities and closures measured by win rate with KA
• KA Penetration (Universe vs Closure in FS and L&E)
• Distribution expansion ie coverage vs universe for JCDC
• Sales volume and revenue
• Service level & customer satisfaction
المهارات
- 5 to 10 years’ business development and insight sales experience in KSA
- Exposure to FS channel ie selling to Coffee, QSR & L&E chains and managing distributors
- Organizations selling specialized products and services in FS/L&E channels with strong concept selling experience
