Quality & Business development ManagerJob Duties,At leaders Center we are seeking for a qualified Quality & Business Development Manager to be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among their company’s sales, marketing and business development professional through implement and develop quality process and monitoring the internal procedures.Key Accountability- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data- Working according to deadlines for the deliveries- Developing quality control processes & identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times- Create standards in accordance with business standards and customer expectations- Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the company- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals- overseeing a company's marketing programs and projects- Develop and implement effective sales, marketing and business development plans Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field- Experience in development strategy including sales, marketing at least 5 years- Familiar with retail or FMCG quality standards and processes- ISO 9001:2015 certification is advanced- knowledge of the national and international quality standards- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and leadership skills- Excellent organizational skills & Project Management Skills
