We are looking for a Tech Lead who is passionate about solving business problems by applying the best engineering approaches and practices. As a member of the engineering team, you are required to apply your knowledge to the entire software development life-cycle. Innovation, research, and collaboration to achieve business and client best interests are the qualities that we are looking for.

KEY Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and oversee solution architecture.
Ability to design event-driven message protocols & APIs between microservices.
Select appropriate tools and approaches to achieve product goals

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
6-8 years of experience in software development for Banks / Financial Institutions
Experience in building and leading a multifunctional development team(Web, mobile, backend, devops, data, and QA).
Ability to break down complex requirements into workable tasks.
The ability to communicate with a product lead and a design lead to clarify/adjust requirements is a must.
Ability to own a business problem and coordinate solutions across multifunctional teams.

Desired Skills

Knowledge about CI/CD.
Understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks, ideally some understanding of Automation testing.
Experience building backend microservices in Python, Java, or node.js.
Experience with FastAPI, Spring boot.
Knowledge of DBs (SQL / No-SQL) is a must.
Experience with Kafka is a plus.
Experience in streaming technologies (e.g. Spark) is a plus.
Experience in Elasticsearch is a plus.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
