الوصف الوظيفي
- Analyze and precisely file the business and systems requirements.
- Maintaining and improving business and systems operations.
- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Acting as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT professionals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
- Work experience +6 years
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Proficiency in using known methodologies for software development projects implementation.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Knowledge of BPMN tools is advantage.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
