Stantec is currently looking for a BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team and support on a construction supervision project of a mixed use building complex in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and previous experience in the following:
.tDemonstrable use of BIM techniques utilizing Revit and Civil 3D
.tDedicated in pursuing continued development in Revit/BIM Design Package, design understanding
.tDevelop and prepare drawings in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, REVIT or associated programs
.tPrepare detailed drawings, in CAD, REVIT or associated programs, of proposed plans, facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
.tReview Contractor Submissions preparation of progress reports
.tAttend progress meetings and reporting including preparation of presentations
.tUtilize customized tools, utilities, and scripts to automate BIM modeling and drawings production / review.
.tSupport the Senior Engineers, Disciplines Heads, and managers in review and project reporting to the Specifications and Client satisfaction.
.tMaintain, check, and develop Revit and C3D templates, styles, labeling and annotation standards
.tAbility to create/monitor custom parts and maintain parts catalogues
.tAbility to deal with software standards creating profile views and sections
.tAbility to deal with utilities and connection to related surfaces
.tAbility to conduct clash detection and advise on clash mitigation in coordination with site and design team.
