The Job will be through contractor

• Provide administrative support to HSE & Security team

• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties

• Manage and distribute HSE & Security documents

• Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis

• Ensure department’s filing system is maintained and up to date

• Disseminating new directives/information

• Process PR/GR/PO, Re-imbursements, and other procurement/finance related departmental transaction

• Sets-up inter-departmental meetings

• Assist in the issuance of Access Cards, IDs and Vehicle Stickers

• Backup Data in weekly basis for CCTV and Access Control System

• Monitor the status of CCTV & Access Control systems

• Report any faulty or defective component of CCTV & Access Control and follow up

• Facilitates the maintenance of equipment related to CCTV and SACS

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
