Hiring: Real Estate Agents (Experienced)
- Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms.
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis and offer the right property to Clients.
- Develop business networks and collaborate.
- Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing, neighbourhoods, schools, and all buying and selling considerations.
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Knowledge of local area and properties
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A 1-year track record as a real estate agent or a 2-year track record in sales of any kind (Preferred).
- Possess a valid driver's license (Preferred).
