Job Summary
To support the development of GL&D frameworks to enhance the business capabilities and employees’ development at all levels. To develop and evaluate learning solutions (digital and non-digital) and programs that meet the business needs to ensure that the knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance of each CoE meet current and future organizational and individual goals.
Job Responsibilities 1
* Contribute with ideas and expertise to support the creation of policies and frameworks to enhance the development of the PIH group employees in line with the company’s strategic goals.
* Design, create or recommend learning paths and solutions for the Capability Academy framework, depending on stakeholders’ needs, and evaluate vendor’s solutions accordingly.
* Assist in the evaluation of vendors’ training and certification programs to sustain L&D quality and standards.
* Support stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness and transferability of learning by aligning performance measures with learning objectives.
* Develop, design, and facilitate Train the Trainer modules to standardize the involvement of internal SME’s in the Capability Academy
* Design forms, templates, surveys, and reports that support the operational effectiveness of the Capability Academy and keep a record of any other learning solutions.
* Design and create learning materials, modules, and aids (digital and non-digital), when specific to internal needs, and deliver when required, using various instructional techniques.
* Evaluate and propose how L&D practices, such as induction, assessments, TTT, TNA, can improve based on experience and interaction with stakeholders and learners.
Job Responsibilities 2
* Coordinate the training effectiveness process with the BUH (follow-up on projects, assessments, academy graduation, etc.) to evaluate the success of L&D programs
* Support administrative tasks such as monitoring LMS smooth operations, liaising with the IT support team, and coordinating overall yearly plans and programs for the Academy certifications to meet departmental targets.
* Develop plans and ideas to support the marketing and communication strategies for the department in coordination with the Group Marketing department.
* Ensure and promote the use of LMS SAP Success Factors and SAP JAM across the business.
* Assist in organizing events and ceremonies related to the Capability Academy, such as Graduation, roadshows, presentations, etc.
* Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
* Remain updated on leadership and learning theories, systems, best practices, trends, and the Future of Work to help advance the business interests and strategies.
* Perform other related duties as required
Job Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate ideas into effective proposals, present or facilitate workshops, or develop marketing aids.
• Experience with various digital training platforms and methods, including LMS (preferably on SAP).
• Experience with establishing corporate academies.
• Ability to research, design, implement and evaluate practical training and development solutions.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of instructional design and evaluation methodologies (ADDIE, 4MAT, 70:20:10, Kirkpatrick are preferred).
• Knowledge of learning standards, processes, and trends.
• Analytical, organized, and able to run several projects at a time.
• Proactive, open to new ideas, and willing to challenge the status quo for the betterment of the business.
