They are currently looking for an InternalCommunication Specialist to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic communication objectives and goals by providing articulate internal communications messaging and showcasing an interest and passion for strategy
- Support with developing, implementing and updating Communication Division operational plans and their implementation to take part in the realization of the envisioned future of
- Collaborate as directed with relevant staff members, stakeholders and leaders to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of strategic communications vision
- Support the creation of a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Communication Division
- Take personal responsibility, in collaboration with the Communication Manager, Communication Director and broader team, for building, maintaining and operating as part of a high-performance team
- Participate as directed in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Communications Sector
- Assist in setting performance objectives by providing necessary support
- Actively participate to create a high-performance working environment embracing values
- As directed, develop and implement a program of capacity development for Division staff.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Between 3-6 years experience in either internal or external communication teams
- Proactive approach with a completer-finisher attitude to see jobs through to a successful conclusion
- Ability to support the preparation of comprehensive communication strategies to align with strategic communication goals
- Thorough understanding and appreciation of internal communications channels and tone of voice
- Proven record in developing high-quality written communication materials and campaigns, with a keen eye for detail and drive to create engaging and inspiring content
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support planning for internal communication initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute and manage the development of coordinated schedules and plans for internal communication campaigns
- Support the development and quality delivery of Community-wide colleague engagement events and activities
- Media monitoring, tracking, and documenting campaign results analyze data/outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native-speaker fluency)
- Proficiency and experience in delivering events
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
