Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- 15 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in application automation and development services in an enterprise level environment.
- Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field.
- Mange timely multi-level support of application’s problems, issues and incidents adopting industry service management practices and using automation tools for optimal resolution of employees and customers complaints
- Integrate Retail, ERP, portals, mobility, web, APIs, Cloud SAS, in house developed apps and closed loop business systems to optimize the company’s performance, resources, costs, TCO, ROI, communications and time
