HR Coordinator

We are looking for an efficient HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will support routine HR functions like monitoring personnel records and assisting with the interview process. Your job also entails carrying out duties with an eye on expanding our company's talent pool and strengthening our sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration or any related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or Talent Acquisition. (1-2 years)
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Full understanding of HR functions and databases.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills.
