DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.

DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with NodeJS, Angular, or Python, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

DevOps Engineer Qualifications/Skills:

– Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.

– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

– Process-oriented with great documentation skills.

– Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.

– Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

– BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (IT experience can substitute for a BS degree)

– 1-2 years of work experience in DevOps/System Engineering.

– Significant experience in the network concepts field.

– Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments.

– Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as GitLab, or Jenkins.

– Experience with container runtimes, especially Docker.

– Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as bash or Python.

Knowledge of these points is a plus :

– Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes.

– Familiarity with IaaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
