Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for an Energy Sector Communications Manager to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of company's communication objectives and goals by providing innovative communications content
• Develop, implement and update Communication Department operational plans and oversee their implementation to take part in the realization of the envisioned future of company
• Collaborate with relevant staff members, stakeholders and leaders to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of company's strategic communications vision
• Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Communication Department
• Take responsibility, in collaboration with the Communication Director, for building and maintaining a high-performance team
• Participate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Communications Sector
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performance
• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing company's values
• Develop and implement a program of capacity development for Division staff.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a communication and/or public relations manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is also desirable)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Must have work experience in the Energy Sector
• Possess the ability to manage and balance multiple communication projects at once in a fast-moving environment
• Candidate must be a Saudi Female
