  • Build the company's reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.
  • Support of Marketing and exhibition organization
  • In charge of office supplies, pantry, courier service, office maintenance and other administrative tasks

  • Good communications skills written and spoken, excellent English skills a must
  • Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
  • Experienced in Outlook, MS Word; MS Excel skills a plus
  • Can-do attitude
  • Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely completion as per organizational requirements.
