الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:
To manage and facilitate preparing accounts & tax returns; administering expenditures, controlling income, auditing financial information.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
Administer revenue collection & its reconciliation
Ensure the accurate recording of all procurement bills.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Facilitate preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports in a timely fashion
Ensure implementation of sound accounting practice and resource management.
Support Finance and Admin team in proper asset management.
Proper execution of requisitions, expenditure, and accountability of organizational resources.
Manage communication with external authorities, agencies, and partners regarding finance management.
Complies local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
المهارات
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the IFRS.
Sound understanding of KSA’s Taxation Law.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines.
Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong administrative ability and organizational skills
