Warehouse & Showroom Stock Controller (Automobile)
- Maintain parts & products inventory using Dynamics system & in excel for verifying the quantities.
- Perform physical periodic count of Parts & Products, send monthly & weekly reports to the management.
- Provide analysis of stock (current & ageing stock report)
- Respond to the sales team for stock requests by ensuring the correct quantity available.
- Manage stock accuracy checks & discrepancy reporting process.
- Supports Management with required MIS reports.
- Avoiding products shortage by investigating on weekly basis.
- Ensuring the damaged stock items are listed & informed to the Accounts Dept. along with Management.
- Checking the stocks for missing barcodes.
- Preparing for any Events or Marketing Activity & arrange the stock count procedures (Additional Products & Parts / Accessories for easier counting purposes)
- Liaise with the Warehouse staff for & Showroom sales staff with regards to the Products storage & display Inventory.
- Keep updated Inventory / Stock records including the daily, weekly, monthly Shipments that are received.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team & Management for regular Audits whenever required.
- Forecast supply & demand to prevent overstocking & running out-of-stock items.
- Conduct random daily count of Showroom display Inventory.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts & inventory system records, share with Management for investigation & further action.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts & Reporting.
- Ensure compliance to all the company policy related to stock records & movement.
- Ensure the Audits are completed as per the company requirements & the discrepancies are reported & resolved in a timely manner with concurrence of Management.
- Support store replenishment of items & maintain correct stock levels at all times.
- Manage all stock movement in & out, maintain log of all stock movement to ensure stocks are moving with all the correct documentation.

المهارات
- Degree / Diploma Holder
- Previous Automotive Parts Industry experience would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills Energetic and hard worker
- Excellent attention to detail Team player and willingness to support the team
- Flexible and responsive to change, Self-motivated, confident and assertive
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
- Minimum 4 plus years of experience.
- Experience in inventory/stock and material control.
- Good auditing and accounting knowledge.
